1. Description of Services

Snappixify provides a video downloading tool that allows users to download videos from supported platforms for personal use.

Important Notice Regarding Copyright:

• We do not host, upload, or distribute copyrighted content;
• Our Service is a tool that must be used in compliance with all applicable copyright laws;
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to download any content;

IN NO EVENT SHALL Snappixify, ITS AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES;
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM:
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS;
  • INTERRUPTIONS OR CESSATION OF SERVICE;
  • BUGS, VIRUSES, OR MALICIOUS CODE;
  • ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT; OR
  • ANY USER CONDUCT OR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS (IF ANY).

4.3 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some provisions may not apply to you. In such cases, liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9.5 Force Majeure
